| | Period of let will be Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise agreed). Let will be from 4pm on day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. (please contact us if you require weekend/midweek break only).Well behaved pets are welcome by arrangement at a cost of £12.00 or £2.00 a day for short breaks. Owners must provide bedding for pets and they must not be left unattended in the cottage at any time and must not be allowed on any furniture or beds. Guests must clean up inside and out after their pets as the next guests may not be animal lovers.A non refundable deposit of 25% is required when booking, balance is due not less than 4 weeks prior to start of holiday booking. Full amount is required if booking within 4 weeks.The hirer must be over 18 years of age at time of booking. The cottage is for holiday let only.The number of persons using the cottage must not exceed the amount stated on booking.The hirer shall pay for any losses / damages and breakages incurred during the hire period and inform the owner of any incidents.At the end of hire period the cottage is to be left clean and tidy ready for re-use.Bookings are accepted on a 1st come 1st served basis and provisional bookings must be confirmed.The cottages are insured against fire etc.. and the owners will in no circumstances be held liable for any accident, loss to the person or the property of the hirer or the hirer's party due the hire period. Visitors are advised to purchase a holiday insurance covering cancellation, loss damage and theft, accident etc.. if not already covered by their home insurance.Part of the cottage charm is unusual stairs and landings. At all cottages stair gates are provided but are handmade and therefore not EU approved, pleased do not leave children unattended. Please take care of children in the garden as there are a few steps at Wren Cottage and a well, although has a grill, at Lyndon Cottage.Please note the cottages are no smoking, you may smoke in the gardens but please clean up and be considerate of neighbours.Thank you
